1999 OBSERVER Readership Study

March and September 1999) |

Coverage Area
THE
OBSERVER offers wide access in the stellar African American market
of Sacramento. The publication delivers, like no other media, one
of the country's leading Black consumer markets - $3.5 billion strong
in annual expenditures in the capital city's booming economy. THE
OBSERVER also impacts California's top lawmakers in numbers and
with editorial messages that are unmatched by any combination of
African American media - local or national.

That's leverage. The kind of leverage that
makes THE OBSERVER a requisite addition to national and statewide
ad buys.
