MEN OF GOD
St. Paul Baptist Church hosts its Fit For The Fight 2009
Conference June 19-20. The mission is to educate, equip
and empower men to the glory of God. Conference course topics
include how to support your pastor, developing meaningful
relationships, prospering over addictions, fasting, beating
spiritual warfare, being saved and single and more. TIX:
$70 until April 1; $80 from April 2 to June 18, and $95
“walk up.” Cost includes dinner Friday, breakfast

JUNETEENTH
The Sacramento Juneteenth Festival, “Celebration of
Freedom Weekend” will be held June 20-21 in William
Land Park. The two-day event features two stages of live
entertainment, including bands, dancers, poets, playwrights,
children's area, food and ware vendors, educational components
and much more. Nearly 8,000 people attend Juneteenth annually.
