Alliance Community Center present a discussion with former
Black Panther Charlotte O’Neal at Sierra 2 Center,

is a poet, artist, musician, community activist and co-founder
of the UAACC. She and husband Pete O’Neal are former
Black Panthers from Kansas City who have lived in exile
